Return and Refund Policy

PRE-ORDERS

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund  no questions asked. Email zawezo@zawezo.com with your order number. Ship dates for pre-order items are announced on the product page.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund  your choice.

How to process your claim:
1. Take clear photos of the item outside its packaging (all sides).
2. Email the photos and your order number to zawezo@zawezo.com with a description of the issue.
3. We will evaluate your claim. If approved, you do not need to return the item unless you wish to.
4. Choose a full refund or a free replacement.

IMPORTANT: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. After contacting support, you have 14 days to submit the required information; otherwise a full refund will be processed automatically and the claim closed.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

If tracking shows no delivery, contact zawezo@zawezo.com with your order number. Domestic orders: we will replace or refund after 15 days from ship date without delivery. International orders: after 45 days (customs delays are common). If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.

I'M UNHAPPY WITH MY ITEM AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND

You may return items in new, unused, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund  including your return shipping cost.

How to process a return:
1. Email your request, order number, and photos of the unused item to zawezo@zawezo.com.
2. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email.
3. Mail the item to the return address provided in your approval email, and keep your postage receipt.
4. Send the tracking number and postage receipt to zawezo@zawezo.com.
5. Your refund  purchase price plus standard return postage will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return.

Note: Opened CDs and digipacks are eligible for exchange or replacement only (not change-of-mind refunds), due to the nature of recorded media. Sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on items in new, unused condition. Same process as returns; once we receive your item, we ship the exchange within 3 business days.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales of digital downloads are final. Refunds are issued only if the product is defective or cannot be accessed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer. If your refund hasn't appeared after checking with your financial institution, contact zawezo@zawezo.com with your name and order number.

SHIPPING

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (pre-orders ship on the announced release date).
- Domestic (US): standard shipping, typically 3–7 business days.
- International: typically 10–25 business days depending on destination; customs may add time. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees imposed by their country.
