Return and Refund Policy

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT

If you’ve received items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement at no cost or a full refund.

How to process your damaged, defective, or incorrect order:

  • Take clear photos of the item outside of its packaging. Please include all sides.

  • Email the photos and your order number to zawezo@zawezo.com with a detailed description of the issue.

  • We will evaluate your claim. If approved, you do not need to return the item unless you wish to. (See return address below.)

  • You may choose to receive either a full refund or a replacement at no cost.

IMPORTANT:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. After contacting support, you have 14 days to submit all required information. If not completed within that time, a full refund will be processed automatically and the claim will be closed.

I’M UNHAPPY WITH MY ITEM(S) AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND

You may return unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs.

How to process a refund:

  • Send your request, order number, and photos of the unused items to zawezo@zawezo.com.

  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Mail the items to:

    (Customer is responsible for return shipping.)

  • Provide tracking information to zawezo@zawezo.com.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery on unused, unworn, and unwashed items.

How to process an exchange:

  • Email your order number, photos of the item(s), and details of the product(s) you want in exchange to zawezo@zawezo.com.

  • After approval, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • Mail the item(s) to:

    (Customer covers return shipping.)

  • Send the tracking number to zawezo@zawezo.com.

  • Once we receive the return, we’ll refund the original item and send you an invoice for the new item(s).

  • After payment, we will ship your new item(s) within 3 business days. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for exchanged items.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds may take time depending on your bank or credit card company. If your refund has not appeared after checking with your financial institution, contact us at zawezo@zawezo.com with your name and order number.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders are shipped via standard 3–5 day shipping.
